Our creative team

What sets the Anchor and Arts team apart is not just our talent—but our purpose-driven passion. Our instructors are more than artists; they are working professionals, teaching artists, and compassionate mentors who bring real-world experience, cultural awareness, and heart into every class.

We are proudly multidisciplinary and intergenerational, with team members who span backgrounds in theater, film, music, visual arts, design, and education. Many of our instructors are also community leaders, award-winning creatives, and entrepreneurs who understand how to inspire creativity in diverse and dynamic ways.

At Anchor and Arts, we believe in teaching the whole artist—mind, body, and soul. Our team doesn’t just teach technique; we foster confidence, identity, discipline, and artistic integrity in every student.

We don’t follow trends—we help students set them, creating a space where every learner feels seen, challenged, and empowered.

Experience our team's creativity

At Anchor and Arts, our team culture is rooted in collaboration, creativity, and community. We value open communication, mutual respect, and the belief that every voice adds value to the artistic process.

Our work vibe is inspiring, joyful, and purpose-driven—we laugh together, dream together, and lift each other up. While we each bring unique skills and perspectives, we share a collective mission: to nurture the next generation of creatives with excellence, empathy, and innovation.

Whether teaching online, planning workshops, or designing performances, we operate with a spirit of flexibility, artistic freedom, and teamwork. We encourage experimentation, welcome fresh ideas, and support one another through both challenges and triumphs.

Anchor and Arts is more than a workplace—it’s a creative home where instructors are encouraged to grow as artists, educators, and leaders.
